Playing Roulette

Let's start with a brief review of the roulette system so we can better understand how the odds work. On an American roulette table there are 38 numbers which include a 0, 00 and 1-36, bets can be done on the color of the number, whether it is odd or even, on the first or second 18 numbers, on the first second or third 12 numbers, on each column out of the three, to better understand this study the graphic below, click on it to enlarge.

Now for the probabilities, for a single number it is 1/38 and this fraction is added for multiple numbers. Even or odd is 18/38 (remember the zeros). 18/38 for the 18 halves, 12/38 on the 12 thirds and 13/38 on the 2 to 1's on either side and 14/38 on the one in the middle. The denominator on these numbers is quite larger so it's very unlikely that any number will hit twice on the roulette wheel i.e 1/38 x 1/38 = 1/1444. Similarly calculated for each grouping. All this is severely complicated by all the different groupings. Next up we'll show you how our complex roulette tool analyzes all the numbers.
